1.About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Boockar marketplace, including our website, apps, and services that connect vehicle hosts with guests across Morocco. By creating an account or using Boockar, you agree to them.
2.Using Boockar
You must be at least 18 and hold a valid driving licence to book a vehicle. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use the platform lawfully. Boockar is a marketplace: hosts list and price their own vehicles, and guests book directly from them.
3.Bookings and payments
When you book a trip you authorise Boockar to charge the trip price, applicable fees, the protection plan, and any deposit. Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on when you cancel and on the host's policy, both shown at checkout.
4.Protection and responsibility
Eligible trips include a protection plan and 24/7 roadside assistance. Cover, excess, and exclusions are described in the protection policy. Guests are responsible for the vehicle during the trip and for charges arising from misuse, traffic penalties, or damage not covered by the selected plan.
5.Host responsibilities
Hosts must keep their vehicles safe, clean, and roadworthy, keep listings accurate, honour confirmed bookings, and comply with local law, registration, and insurance requirements that apply to sharing a vehicle.
6.Prohibited conduct
You may not use Boockar for fraud, harassment, discrimination, or any unlawful activity, nor to circumvent the platform's payments and protection. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
7.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boockar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the marketplace. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will give notice through the platform. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
